A unique opportunity to really see behind the scenes in one of Ongar area favourite established restaurants. Come and cook with the chefs in the Sanuk Thai restaurant facilitated by Karen Bush from Pickled Penguin. These fun relaxed evenings build your confidence and skills and you get to eat what you have prepared, you can also take home what you cannot manage to eat on the night. The monthly sessions are on the third or fourth Thursday of the month, cost only £30 including a drink, recipe cards emailed so you can recreate the dishes at home. Each month a variety of dishes are cooked including a selection of starters, main courses, side dishes and noodles.
You can also purchase vouchers for a cooking club for your friends or relatives. Ideal for the person who has everything that you never know what to get.
These sessions now need to be pre-booked and a 50% deposit paid in advance. This is due to the number of last minute cancellations that we have had throughout the year.
